We’ve used Miller a couple times now and they are always so friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. This time though, they’ve gone above and beyond!! Our vehicle lost power and died, had it towed to Miller and let them know what was going on, after extensive testing the first concern was the battery, which they’ve replaced but the alternator has also failed; before calling me Shane looked into recalls and found an outstanding recall, on the alternator! He’s arranged to take my vehicle to Dodge, have the recall performed and bring it back to the shop to make sure everything’s in proper working order. It would have taken me so much time to make all those arrangements, Shane’s an absolutely life save! I can’t express how grateful I am for Shane and everyone at the shop that’s made this as painless and stress free as possible! I always feel they’re honest and not over charging. Thank you so much Miller, I’ve recommended you before and will not hesitate to refer everyone I know to you!

Not only is the work quality, but they go above and beyond to make you feel that you're more than just a customer. Shane has been super friendly and honest with the work that has been done to my vehicle. Also the techs leave the vehicle clean (no messy hand prints, muddy boot print ect.) Would highly recommend!

I want to thank Shane for his recent honesty and transparency in diagnosing my son's Ford Focus (POS) for a transmission problem (and checking over a bunch of other things for safe operation) and determining that Miller couldn't help so he instead provided the proprietary trouble codes for us to take to a Ford dealership of our choice. Shane decided it wasn't fair to charge us anything even though his Tech spent not a trivial amount of time looking over the car. Shane has my respect and my son's gratitude... and our future business. Along with a 5 star review!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, reasonable scheduling. My main criteria for a shop is that their trustworthy, no bull. Miller fits the bill, not the bull! :)
